These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vyndo Pro's website and services. Vyndo Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a web studio based in Morocco. By engaging our services or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Vyndo offers two core services: custom website development, where we design and build websites tailored to your needs, and the sale of ready-made website templates. The specific deliverables, features, and scope of any custom project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Template Licensing

Each template purchase grants you a single end-product license: you may use one template to build one final website or product. You may customise the template for your own use, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files, in whole or in part, whether modified or not. The underlying code and design of the template remain the property of Vyndo.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms for custom projects are set out in the relevant proposal and may include a deposit before work begins. Template purchases are due in full at checkout. Because templates are digital products delivered immediately, sales are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a template is materially defective and cannot be remedied.

4. Project Scope & Timelines

Custom project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts. Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. Work that falls outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost, which we will communicate before proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials needed to complete your project, and for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you supply. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a custom project, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets, open-source components, and Vyndo's own reusable tools and frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses. For templates, ownership remains with Vyndo as described in the licensing section above.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services and templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyndo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or templates. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or template.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
